Who We Are

Innovate Adventures was founded by Craig Wilson, who brings years of hands-on experience designing and running outdoor challenge events across the UK. Craig's background isn't just theoretical. Every event Innovate Adventures delivers is shaped by real experience of what works in the field, what challenges groups actually face, and how to create the conditions for genuine breakthroughs.

That experience is what sets us apart. When we design an event, we're not pulling from a template. We're building something around your group, your goals, and the outcomes that matter to you.

What We Do

Our events range from corporate team building days and leadership development programmes to individual outdoor challenges and community adventure events. Whether you're looking for a half-day activity to energise a team or a multi-day programme designed around specific outcomes, we plan and deliver it end to end.

We also offer event consultancy for organisations who have the team to deliver but need expert support with planning, structure, or specific elements they haven't tackled before. Sometimes you just need someone who's done it before to sit alongside you and fill the gaps.
